INFRARED TREATMENT
A private 45-minute reservation in the studio's infrared sauna. Each visit includes a 35-minute session in a full-spectrum ClearLight infrared sauna, plus time to stretch or sit quietly afterward.
Infrared heat warms the body directly and gets blood moving. Many people use it to ease sore muscles and stiff joints, recover after exercise, or simply rest.
