Flow is a Vinyasa based yoga class; expect an inspiring playlist, elevated heart rate and a satisfying sweat. Flow & Restore combines a slow flow with restorative poses. You can expect to move at a slower pace to get in tune with your body while incorporating props for longer held poses. This class will leave you feeling calm and centered. Sit or recline in our meditation class; the point is to stay with what’s happening, as it’s happening.

CANCELLATION POLICY*
Class purchases are non-refundable. If you cancel within two hours of class start time, it will be considered a ‘late cancel’ and you will lose the class. If you cancel prior to two hours before class start time, the class will go back onto your account for future use.
